The drills themselves don't include words and sentences, but the programme is super-customisable. You can add custom texts of your choice and create lessons once you master the basics.

After each lesson, RapidTyping displays informative statistics related to your performance and potential areas of improvement.

While the default interface features animations and background images that can make your lesson more fun, they can get a bit distracting. Luckily, you can find the option for disabling them in the settings and using a plain background instead.

Remember that this programme is for Windows only. It does cater to Windows users with any edition of the OS, but not to those with other devices, or people looking to practice typing on their mobiles. If you're looking for a more cross-platform programme, you can try the open-source TIPP10.
